I ordered sweet mint which was so strong it felt like my mouth/gums were burning. is mild mint same as sweet mint ?

No it's not the same. It is milder. If you have dry mouth like I do these can be a little strong but I still will use the mild mint flavor because it doesn't burn like the sweet mint.

How are these any different from Xylimelts which are made by the same company?

I usually buy Xylimelts Mild Mint, but made a mistake and ordered these this time. They are exactly the same, except that these have a much stronger mint taste. I prefer the others.

Do these contain zylitol? i can't find in ingredients? is this why zylimelt co markets them as freshmelts? justwhat in them makes saliva increase?

Yes. It contains xylitol. Not sure about the actual reasons behind the production of saliva since I suffer from sjogren's syndrome but they are the only thing I've found overnight to put some moisture in my mouth. Nothing else has worked.

Is this product safe?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by safe? If you mean is it edible, yes. Does it really stick to your mouth or cheeks, yes it does if you want it to and it really does help with dry mouth.

Of course, yes!

I absolutely love this product! My dry mouth is terrible with the medicines that I have to take and just being able to stick this on the side of my dumb and let it freely release during the day is fantastic! Why have I never heard of these wonderful little things. Perfect when you want don’t wanna wake up with bad breath these are mintier than most of the other kinds, I have tried. I wish they had xylitol in them because then they would even be great for your teeth.

If you like peppermint, I highly recommend

I tried the peppermint Xylimelts out a couple of months ago, and they took a little getting used to because they have a relatively strong peppermint flavor. However, these work the best because they do a good job of moistening my extremely dry mouth throughout the night, & they last longer than the other flavors.

The taste of the mints are pleasant. I couldn't get the mints to adhere to my teeth or gums though. Maybe other people will have more patience than I did. The product is good, the cost is reasonable. Altogether a pretty good purchase.
