Good product, worth the money.
I’ve been using this constantly after finding out our local water has pfas. It takes a while to filter, but filter itself seems to last a long time, and after a month of use still reads 0. Idk how the ppm reader works, but I pulled the filter out (it seemed to stop working so I pulled it out and tapped on it and it began to work again), and when unfiltered water went through the reading skyrocketed. The water tastes great and I’m hydrating more.

Culligan is the best
Infinitely better than other name brands. My tap water is around 190ppm and the Culligan filter decreases to 0ppm for about 2-3 weeks and then quickly rises. At a gallon per day usage, I get 3 or so weeks of use out of the filters. I average $15/mo in costs. 4 pack of filters last me approximately 3 months. Filters water very slowly, I use glass water pitchers that I refill when empty and then refill the culligan dispenser at the same time so I always have cold filtered water in the fridge. The more water you filter the quicker it will fail so this may not make sense for more than 2 people or 3 people because the cost would be high and you could just invest in a better system. For 1 or 2 people I would say it's perfect.

Great tasting water!
Water tastes so much better using this filter! I go through a lot of filters, though! And after initial couple of times, it takes water longer to filter through. But it is worth the wait.

Zero taste and 100% worth the purchase
I am very picky with my water the other big name water filter pitcher still leaves a bad taste.to the water and Culligan totally removes all the tase that tap can give water. 10 out of 10 reccomend.

Works for 3 days and then stops filtering to Zero.
UPDATE: I’ve tried to contact customer service twice now with no answer and no reply. I also went online and found hundreds of other users who had the same issue, their filters only lasting a week when the product page claims a month or longer… I seen someone say that they used their old filter which was reading at 45ppm to fill up a bunch of jugs and then use that pre-filtered water to use in their new filter hoping to get at least a month’s worth of use out of the new filter.. nope! They got only five more days worth of use from their new filter using pre-filtered water. I am so incredibly disappointed in this company, and their lack of customer support as well as poor quality items with an awfully high price tag… DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND $35 per week replacing your filters!! I’ll start by saying that I bought this pitcher, which came with a filter, 5 days ago. I set it up as soon as it was delivered two days later. The water tasted better than any water I had ever drank before in my life. So you’re probably wondering why would I rate it only 1 star then? Because for 3 days, and having had to fill this pitcher up only three times since I bought it, the TDS meter is all of a sudden reading 7 and the water now tastes acidic. I filled it this morning, the meter read Zero. I went out to get a glass of water after dinner and the orange light was blinking so I looked and it said 7 on the screen. I thought, that’s odd, it wasn’t doing that during breakfast. Then within a span of 15 minutes, and having not had added any new water to it since this morning, the water tasted super weird, almost like when you were a kid and someone would dare you to stick your tongue on a 9 volt battery. That strange metallic acidic taste. So I came here to see if I needed a new filter and my jaw dropped at the price, which I would’ve been willing to pay maybe once a month but surely not twice or more per week. THE FILTER ONLY LASTED THREE DAYS! I thought I was getting a great quality water filter pitcher that would last and save me money, and now I’m better off buying the gallon jugs of distilled water from the grocery store every week. Absolutely a waste of money. Buyer beware !!

Well worth the money.
Excellent filter run all my drinking water thru it first, than put it it in the drinking water jug.

No taste to the water. Removes TDS.
Water tastes “clean”- no after taste. Filters quickly not instantly allowing time for the removal of the total dissolved solids. Quick easy set up and easy to clean. Nice smooth design, lightweight, and easy to refill with a top sliding refill hole which I find is better and less messy than needing to remove the lid. The filter on mine did change on the second refill but then returned to 0 every time following. Not sure if it was a water company issue or just a glitch with the filter. Freezes clear around the edges but not quite translucent in the middle using a counter top ice cube maker. Switched to this from Waterdrop as that one had a taste to the water and did not remove TDS. (Total Dissolved Solids). Would purchase again.

The filters don’t last long enough and are expensive
Brilliant filtration system for taste & purity but, unfortunately the filters only last 2/3 weeks!

Garbage product
Received a garbage product with a TDS meter that does not fit into device and completely incompatible and a used filter. Do not waste your money in this trash.

Top tray traps water forever — mold within a week at 350 TDS
Worked great for 3–5 days (350 → 000 TDS). Then: dry throat, off taste (TDS still 000), and mold in the top pour tray within a week. Design flaw: The top reservoir holds water indefinitely while it filters — you can’t drain or dry it, so it stays damp and grows mold (dark residue that smears when wiped). Fridge storage didn’t fix it. Filter is centred in the pour hole — pouring on it causes air bubbles every time. At 350 TDS, filters die in ~1–2 weeks and cost more per litre than supermarket bottled water. TDS meter won’t warn you about mold. Good filtration when new; bad daily design for real use. Not worth it for high-TDS homes.

Looks good and filters well
I love this redesigned dispenser from Culligan. The water dispenser looks pretty nice when compared to other brands or even the original dispenser from zerowater. I mainly use it for filtered water for coffee water so i can remineralize as i like and humidifier to avoid limescale. This is far more convenient than buying distilled water from store.
