I have been taking this for about 1 1/2 months and I am definitely seeing less hair fall in the shower. For a little while I was having so much hair fallout while washing I was getting even more stressed out which probably caused even more shedding. But I started this and once a week with nizoral shampoo and have seen a very significant decrease in shedding. I don’t see a lot of regrowth yet, some but not a lot, but it’s only a short amount of time in and the studies show 4-6 months of treatment before hair density starts to show. Also I am only taking 1 pill a day as the studies of the pumpkin seed oil for hair growth only needed to be approximately 400mg so I take 1pill and like I said I am already seeing some results.

I like the ingredients & quality, but they're pretty big & I avoid taking them some days, just for that reason.
