Long story short, I now have a subscription for this product through Amazon. The point of Third Wave Water is it is the perfect mix of minerals to add to distilled water for making coffee. Having done a side-by-side comparison of coffee made with filtered water and a brew made with Third Wave Water, the difference is almost night and day. The filtered water coffee wasn't necessarily bad, but there is a clarity in the flavour profile of the coffee made with Third Wave Water that is truly incredible.
