Not only that but while I’m sleeping, the one part will lay over in my nostril blocking the breathing at night. So I’m constantly turning over and over to unblock the one side then the other side will get blocked. I got the Nanovita in the size 7 which fits perfectly, you’ll want it a little snug. It comes with a clear plastic case and you can sterilize it with boiling water first (it tells you a line to pour the water up to from your kettle). Then dry it off and fit it into your nostrils. I used mine about an hour so far and it helped me breathe better. I think I might try a size 6 next time, only because further back my nostril openings are smaller.
