Yes yes yes!
The color is amazing, and there was no issue with using it with my Adventurer 5M. There was no peeling of the plastic and it stuck to my build plate beautifully.

Just don't buy
Terrible, can't get it to print good at all. When I print with it, my outer perimeter is very bumby. I put a really old roll of petg from a different brand on and printed perfect.

Prints Easily and Looks Great
This is my review of TRONXY PETG Filament 1.75mm,Metal-Purple-Orchid,2.2 LBS. I ordered this filament to print items that require more heat resistance and strength. I found it printed well on my Ender 3 V3 Se using the print settings of 230°C for the nozzle and 70°C for the bed temp. The cooling fan was off for the first 3 layers and at 40% max for the remainder of the print. This is important as PETG filament does not need much cooling and too much will cause delamination. I also sprayed the bed with an adhesion promoter/ release agent. I printed 2 designs with this filament including a cap for a MAPP gas canister and two wall mounts for WIFI Mesh Network routers. The parts came out great and all layers adhered properly. I plan on printing some push sticks next for woodshop use. This filament has met my expectations; therefore, I will rate it 4 stars.

Don’t let it absorb moisture. It won’t dry well.
Giving this 3 stars because it printed great when new out of the package. It’s not as deep and glossy as the picture shows but that could be settings that need to be dialed in. Main reason I’m knocking off 2 stars is that the filament became brittle and unusable after I ran it through a cycle in my SpacePi x4 dryer. Granted I had let it sit out in 65% humidity, but I also dried it for 8 hours. It broke on the roll and in the tubes then jammed my K2 Plus over and over before I just threw 1/2 the roll away. Switched to other brands and the jamming stopped. If you decide to go with this filament be careful not to let it absorb moisture. Seems like the drying process ruins it.

Vibrant Hues, Smooth Prints, Calibration Required
TRONXY PETG Filament in the striking Metal-Purple-Orchid shade is a captivating addition to any 3D printing enthusiast's collection. This 1.75mm filament boasts impressive print quality, vibrant color, and decent bed adhesion, though a temperature calibration is highly recommended to achieve optimal results. Print Quality & Adhesion This PETG filament consistently produced smooth, detailed prints with minimal warping or stringing. The layer adhesion was excellent, resulting in strong and durable finished objects. It easily handled complex geometries and bridging, showcasing its versatility across various project types. Color Vibrancy The Metal-Purple-Orchid color is simply stunning. It's a rich, deep purple with a subtle metallic sheen that adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to your prints. The color consistency across the spool was impressive, ensuring uniform coloration throughout your project. Temperature Calibration While the filament performed admirably overall, temperature calibration was crucial to achieving the best possible results. The stock Prusament profile on my MK3.5 required tweaking to dial in the ideal printing temperature. Once calibrated, however, the filament flowed smoothly and consistently, producing high-quality prints with minimal effort. Overall Impression The TRONXY PETG Filament in Metal-Purple-Orchid is a fantastic choice for those seeking a vibrant and reliable filament for their 3D printing projects. Its impressive print quality, beautiful color, and good bed adhesion make it versatile for various applications. Just remember to calibrate your printing temperature for optimal results. Recommendations: Ideal for: Hobbyists and professionals seeking a vibrant and reliable PETG filament. Not recommended for: Those who prefer not to perform temperature calibration or are looking for a plug-and-play filament. Consider if: You want to add a touch of color and elegance to your 3D-printed creations. Overall, the TRONXY PETG Filament in Metal-Purple-Orchid delivers a delightful printing experience with stunning results. With a little bit of temperature tweaking, this filament can unlock a world of creative possibilities for your 3D printer.

A unique color
I haven't come across this color before and for me that counts for a lot, even if it's not the prettiest color (in my humble opinion). This filament is also a decent if not great value. If you need this color it's not going to hurt much to spend a few extra dollars on it vs cheaper options. I did have some clogs (to be completely honest), but I'm pretty sure that was an issue with my machine and not the filament. That was only on one print as well. I've never had any tangles or adhesion problems. I'd be happy to recommend this filament for anyone looking for this particular color in PETG.

I love PETG for general use
This spool prints out excellent quality 3D prints on a Prusa i3 mini, I did need to tinker with the settings at the start of the print for a benchy. They are packed as most are packed, airtight and the end tolerance is excellent after testing a benchy while doing live adjustments, mainly the temperature. As expected, I did need to dial up the bed and nozzle and keep an eye, ambient isn't reliable for my use case as it is an exposed printer. PETG has always been reliable and easy to remove from glass print beds, and I had no issue with this filament, especially since my bed and tip both can get hot enough inside my enclosure to keep temperatures stable. The tolerance and manufacturing is very good. Pricing is about standard.

Inconsistent Quality and Unreliable Printing Results
I really wanted to like this filament, but the quality just isn’t consistent. The diameter varies enough to cause under‑extrusion and visible defects in prints, even after adjusting settings. Surface finish is also uneven, and the spool I received had several loose windings that led to tangles during printing.

Gutes PETG-Filament
