It can be used on both your face and neck, or any parts of your body if you like. It will removes that top layer of cosmetics and dead skin. You may see the skin tone gets brightened after using. And the pores seem to be tightened if keep using. The Somaer facial brush long with it's effects to stimulate circulation, will create firmer, more lasting skin. The result is amazing. It really can reduced wrinkles, soft, healthier skin and a massaging routine that makes for a relaxing end to your day. Its size is also perfect for travel too. I have a Name brand electric brush as well but I use this more as it works just as the name brand however much more convenient to carry around than those. Just love it.
