These wraps are straight forward and to the point, comes folded in half and closed right between the hook side and loop side of the velcro closure. They're fairly thick and sturdy and stay very firmly closed. Should fit just about any size wrist as long as they are.

These wraps fasten with velcro so it's nice to have the ability to adjust when needed, my main issue is although they do provide some support, they are just a bit thin for any type of really heavy weightlifting. For a normal workout they are supportive enough though.
