Quite restful sleep
These ear plugs are comfortable and definitely block the noises that keep me awake.

Sound reducing but hardly noise blocking
Quality seems fine and they’re comfortable enough to wear but they barely block any sound out compared to foam earplugs. I have a raging swamp cooler with only one setting—high, directly above my room and I need something better to muffle the sound. This barely made a dent. Back to foam earplugs it is.

Every day carry
I use these ear plugs daily, I like the carry case its easy to find in my bag. The ear plug really provide effective noise cancellation. This is my second pair.
