We removed the old fan (with help from YouTube) & installed the new fan. Directions are a little confusing – just have some patience or hire a professional. *We have old wiring & high ceilings so we decided to ask a family friend who is an electrician to oversee the install. This fan is beautiful – great size for our room and very quiet! She arrived in perfect condition. The remote is great and was able to pair her with the app in 1-2 mins.
