I love this. I purchased it with a gift card I received for Christmas. I’ve been using it almost daily for 6 months and it’s helped with muscle recovery after doing weight training and riding my peloton. My legs feel great after and I think it really has helped decrease my cellulite on the legs.

Faulty upon arrival

I had a great experience with this vibration plate. It’s well-built, easy to use, and delivers exactly what it promises. I noticed improved circulation and muscle engagement, and it fit seamlessly into my routine. It’s a solid option for anyone looking to enhance their workouts or add a low-impact recovery tool. What really stood out to me, though, was the seller’s customer service. When my needs changed, I reached out about a return, and the process was handled quickly and professionally. They were responsive, accommodating, and even covered return shipping, which speaks volumes about their integrity as a seller. Overall, I would absolutely recommend both the product and the company.

I'm super happy with this purchase. For the price, this vibration plate is definitely worth it. It comes with everything shown, is so easy to use, and gets the job done. I work on my feet all day and this has helped with inflammation and general muscle/joint fatigue. Once you have the plate switched on and hit the power button on the remote it will begin at level 1. There are 10 vibration levels that automatically stop after 10 minutes. The suction cups on the bottom stabilize the plate so well that I have to pry it off of the floor when I'm finished. The top material is a total pet hair magnet, but a lint roller will take care of that:) All in all, this purchase was worth it. 10/10 would buy this product again.

Love this! I am in school and find myself spending hours at the desk. This helps me loosen up my muscles so much. It has a setting so after 10 mins it automatically turns off, which is nice to just hop on first thing in the morning for ten mins while I gather my thoughts, and then I just go on every time I feel something ache or my muscles feel like they need movement. I even bring my laptop on a tall counter near it so I can still work while it shakes my muscles awake. Also, I read that using it helps with your endorphins, and I was skeptical, but honestly I do feel happier after each use. The noise is minimal; my scaredy cat doesn't even move for, like, the first 3 mins that is, and then gets confused. I probably wouldn't have it on in the background of a zoom, but if you're just passing by the office, I don't think you'd know it was even on. As for the sturdiness, its great. I have it on carpet now, and its got a little wobble if you're not standing on it right in the middle. But I also had it on the hardwood, and the suction cups on the bottom really hold, so much so that you have to really put in work to get it off. I'm sitting all day at a computer, so yes it is a great value for the money. I don't think I can stop using it. When you are in pain from sitting long hours and don't have time for the gym or a walk, it 100% a necessity at this point.
