I love Opinel knives, they are so handy and weigh nothing in the pocket. They are classic and reliable. I use mine on a working horse ranch every day. They wear in nicely and can work hard (within reason). They are EXTREMELY slicey. The only drawback and you already know this if you've ever bought one, most of them come with a big burr and not very sharp. I've bought several over the years and only one came somewhat sharp. Probably my favorite pocket knife though because it's so basic, inexpensive, easy to sharpen and so slicey.
