Received a broken bracelet. Wasn't even given the option for a replacement.

The piece is pretty. Need to be gentle when tightening or loosening because the ball does not easily glide when the dangling links are pulled. Putting on and off is easier when I have help. I do receive a lot of compliments on this piece when worn.
