TRALT Office Chair Ergonomic Desk Chair - Gaming Chair with Lumbar Support

Excellent ergonomic chair with outstanding customer service! I purchased the TRALT Office Chair Ergonomic Desk Chair (White) back in July 2025 and have been using it daily for work and some light gaming. This chair is a solid performer — the mesh back and seat keep things breathable even during longer sessions, the lumbar support is adjustable and comfortable, and the overall build feels sturdy (I'm well under the 330 lb rating). The wheels glide smoothly, the armrests are supportive, and it’s easy to adjust height, tilt, and recline. It looks modern and professional in my home office too. After about 6 months of regular use, I had a minor issue with one of the parts. I reached out to the seller, and they responded quickly, shipped a replacement part immediately at no cost, and even offered compensation for the inconvenience. That level of customer service is rare and really turned what could have been a negative into a positive experience. The chair has been working perfectly since the replacement. Highly recommend this chair if you’re looking for something ergonomic, comfortable, and well-supported by the company behind it. Great value for the price — I’d buy it again without hesitation.

I bought this TRALT chair to work several hours a day at the computer, and it has exceeded my expectations. The mesh back allows for good ventilation, preventing my back from getting too hot, and the lumbar support provides excellent support throughout the day. The adjustable headrest helps maintain a comfortable neck posture, while the fold-down armrests are very practical when I need to save space. I am very happy with this chair and would absolutely give it 5 stars. It is incredibly comfortable, and one of my favorite features is the wider seat. I'm 5'8 and 126lbs, so I don't necessarily NEED a wide chair, but I LOVE not feeling cramped while sitting. I tend to tuck one leg up in a sort of half-crossed position, and this chair is perfect for that siting style. The flip-up armrests are another huge plus! They lift completely out of the way, allowing me to slide the entire chair neatly under my desk when I'm not using it, which helps save space. The lumbar support is adjustable and provides great support. Because I tend to sit closer to the edge of the seat, I still prefer using an additional lumbar cushion. However, for anyone who naturally sits further back in the chair, the adjustable lumbar support would be ideal. The headrest is also adjustable up and down, making it easy to find a comfortable position. The mesh material feels high-quality, supportive and breathable which I really appreciate considering I work from home and am in this chair for long periods of time. Assembly was straightforward as well. I put it together by myself in about 30 minutes to an hour and I wasn't rushing. The instructions were easy to follow, and all of the pieces were clearly labeled. The only small issue I encountered was that one black washer was missing from the hardware pack. Fortunately, I had a spare from another piece of furniture, so it wasn't a problem for me. Overall, this chair exceeded my expectations. It's comfortable, adjustable, well-designed, and versatile enough to accommodate different sitting styles. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive office desk chair.

I guess I misread the size this chair is intended for (description says 54”-62” - but I saw it as 5 foot 4 to 6 foot 2 because of the 300 lbs weight limit) - I mean, I guess that’s really my fault.. but seriously, WHO IS 300lbs and 4 foot 6? So needless to say the lumbar support is in the totally wrong place for me being 6 ft - but I’m sure it’s well placed if you’re a petite person for which it was intended. Anyway, I’m keeping it because it works for my daughter that is 5’ 6” (she says it’s “super comfy”) and the chair design looks really sharp and modern (we got the Gray on White frame). The reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because there’s no way the seat cushion can handle 300lbs, I’m only 210 and my butt fell asleep after 2 hours of sitting in it.. also, the arms flex so much using them to get up out of the seat I’m afraid they will snap under my weight (again, I’m not even close to the 300lb weight limit it’s intended for). While the lumbar adjustment goes in and out towards or away from your back, it’s good to note that it does NOT adjust up or down. Props to the mfr for keeping the parts to a minimal and reusing the same screw sizes for most of the build, that was helpful so I didn’t have to worry if I was using the correct screw lengths or washers.. they also include a really nice T Allen wrench instead of the standard L style (which is a super nice touch) - so all this kept the assembly simple and I was done in less than 20 minutes. Putting my misunderstanding to the side, the reason this gets dinged a star is due to the seat having weak arms, thinner than expected seat padding, and the inability to adjust the lumbar support up/down.. other than that it’s actually a good solid and stylish chair for somebody in the 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 foot, sub 200lb demographic.

It looks nice, it is airy, the packaging was great, and it was very easy to assemble. Also, the wheels glide perfectly. But it is not comfortable or provides any back support in any shape or form. The backrest tilts backward slightly (which defeats the point). The lumbar support sits at the bottom and presses on my pelvis rather than sitting higher to help with the gap between the pelvis and the rib cage (as it is supposed to). You also cannot adjust it any higher. So the whole backrest is actively fighting me from keeping my back straight, unless maybe you are resting backward to relax (?). And the armrests sit too high and will cause pain around the scapula if used for too long. I guess it is a good thing you can retract and not use them. Overall, the quality is totally fine, but the design itself I cannot imagine being comfortable for anybody who is trying to work with a straight back. It could be that I'm too tall (6ft) and skinny for it. I came to the conclusion that chairs should be tested before buying. Just go to a store.

I REALLY like this chair. Originally it arrived without wheels but quick contact with the sellers customer service and they sent me wheels right away. Customer service was friendly and easy to work with. Sometimes you never know and I was pleasantly surprised. I love that the arms of the chair can flip up so I can choose to use them if I feel like it. I typically don’t use chair arms and have to remove them, but having the option is even better. The seat area is very large, which I like since I’m someone who usually has a leg up on my chair and I still have plenty of space for my booty. I’m short (5’3”) and this chair works well for me. I prefer to rest my feet on the tops of the wheels & chair legs since I’m used to not touching the floor. Just the same, the height adjustment is helpful if I didn’t prefer to float a little higher off the ground. The seat is nicely padded and comfortable. It’s lasted perfectly for the last 7 months. It’s lighter in color and could stain easily if you’re not careful with your morning coffee. I’m very happy with my purchase.

this product is very bad the centre hydraulic damage after25days while im using now im not used the seller have any warranty to replace or repaire this chair hydraulic

Eu simplesmente amei, super confortável e dá para ver que vai durar, comprei outra com valor bem menor aqui mesmo na amazon e não é nem perto conforto e robustez. vale o investimento, pois preciso ficar em média 8 horas ou mais sentada, então qualidade faz a diferença

En general se me hizo muy cómoda, y fue muy fácil de armar. El único detalle es que la sentí un poco frágil, no se siente tan sólida como otras que he tenido.
