Great tasting, high protein and filling meal. The sodium is a bit high but it can be offset with eating salad later in the day. Paper cup is very sturdy and is not overly hot when taken from rid microwave. Have also used boiling water and waited 5 minutes. Still tasty!

Good size good price great flavor. This does have heat to it which I love but if your not a spicy person this might be a little much for you

Add a half cup of rice and some chicken or tuna and more soy sauce for a full plate. The taste is sweet and crunchy, with the green pods cooking up nicely a little before the microwave time listed on the package (3 minutes, I think). The rice is not crunchy and it seems to be a high quality meal starter for work or possibly school. The Japanese noodles are my favorite flavor.
