Review: Doesn't work at all, seller repeatedly asks for a video call to give support - I rarely write any reviews but I'm writing this pen as a loss in my mind. Got this from the seller "Clicktech Retail Private Ltd" and it didn't work on the first try. After sending it to them, they claimed they fixed it and sent it back to me. I bought a new SD card suggested by them, and the pen still doesn't work. The seller repeatedly asks to do a video call to receive support despite my offers to send a video of the faulty product and mentioning that I'm not comfortable with a VC. Then they try to gaslight me that why would they send me a faulty product back if they've "fixed it".

I rarely write any reviews but I'm writing this pen as a loss in my mind. Got this from the seller "Clicktech Retail Private Ltd" and it didn't work on the first try. After sending it to them, they claimed they fixed it and sent it back to me. I bought a new SD card suggested by them, and the pen still doesn't work. The seller repeatedly asks to do a video call to receive support despite my offers to send a video of the faulty product and mentioning that I'm not comfortable with a VC. Then they try to gaslight me that why would they send me a faulty product back if they've "fixed it".

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Video Quality, Value for Money but Needs Technical Handling

Video quality is good, though I have not tested the night-vision feature. Assembling and disassembling the device is easy, but a little technical knowledge is required to operate the pen properly—especially while taking backups to a laptop or external hard disk. The maximum continuous recording time is about one hour. Videos get played on VLC media player only. The charger provided by the vendor did not work at all and was too thick to connect properly to the pen. However, I used my old mobile phone charger, which worked perfectly for charging. The vendor was kind enough to replace the spy pen initially supplied, as it was capturing only green-tinted photos and videos. The pen is compact and exactly the size of a regular pen. Overall, it is value for money. It is advisable to purchase it with the vendor-provided memory card, as not all memory cards are compatible and it is difficult to find a suitable one in local shops.
