Excellent Equipment
Shark Steam & Scub is a good bit of equipment. Only criticism is that it had an American plug on it and should have come with a USA to UK adapter.

This product does not work for long
When the item arrivedbit had an American plug attached which I just bought an adaptor wasn't to bad to start with but now sparks occur occasionally. The product no longer spins on the pads and only purchased it in January 2026

Openly just opened this product after house move took a lot longer than expected to find that the item has a US style plug end. Not advertised as such and no good when you live in the UK. Disgraceful. Not happy with the item or the false advertising at all

Avoid
Wished I read the reviews first. when my shark steam and scrub arrived I realized it didn't have a UK plug, I found a converter plug and it arrived yesterday. Today I though I would give my floors a quick going over and try my now toy. I was absolutely gutted as the pads didn't rotate, the steam came didn't last long before cutting out. I wouldn't recommend for UK users. I did manage to get full refund through customer services, after reading the reviews I don't think I will buy another

Steam Mop Does A Excellent Job.
This steam mop does a good job. Easy to use I really like the mop pads how they spin around getting my floors clean. It works well on hardwood floors Also you can throw the pads in the washer to clean them. It comes with four pads that is nice. It is a well made machine. I use distilled water in it.

Don't buy it
What a scam. I bought the steamer and it wasn't working properly. It was shutting off every 5 minutes. When I was trying to return i hand to pay for shipping to send it back. What a BS.

Best thing since sliced bread!
My sister introduced me to this mop while visiting her a few months ago. I came home and had to buy it. It’s incredibly easy to use, very durable, and so lightweight. This mop has 3 speeds, so you can choose how deeply you want to scrub the floors... just a quick mop, a little faster crib, or a deep clean. It comes with 4 mop heads. The cord is long enough to stretch behind you a good distance so that I don’t have to track the floor to unplug it. My floors dry quickly and my white socks stay gleaming white thanks to this mop!

Brakes easily
This is my second one of these and won’t be buying a third!! Great when it’s not broken however The spinning function stopped working 1 day after 3 months of having it, so can’t return it! Very annoying and such a waste of money.
