I believe the product delivered to me is defective. My baby’s urine is not getting absorbed properly and is collecting at one place, causing the diaper to swell like jelly. I usually change my baby’s diaper every 3–4 hours, so this issue is not due to delayed changing. Apart from the absorption issue, the fitting of this batch is also completely different. The tapes are positioned too low, and because of this, leakage is happening from all sides. The cutting and shape of the diaper also appear improper. I have attached photos for your reference. Before sharing this issue on social media, I am giving you an opportunity to investigate and take proper action. I request you to either provide a full refund or replace the defective pack immediately. Please treat this as a serious quality concern, as this product is being used for a 1.5 months baby’s comfort and safety.
