This tool does exactly what it's supposed to do. It is very easy to use and the heat output is adequate.

Heats up pretty quickly and definitly workd on getting the glue melted instantly. I was pleasantly surprised.

Good value. But not as easy to use with the ends not being flat. Use to the tool having too and bottom flat. But other than that they seem to be good. Just be prepared to adjust if you aren’t use to the ends.

This does exactly what it’s supposed to do! It does not have a way for you to adjust the temperature, but it gets hot enough so it’s fine. It heats the glue that came on my extensions, and the refill glue I bought. I also feel like a temperature choice might lead to people using the wrong one. You need to learn how to use this before you do it. You shouldn’t stay in one spot so long that it sizzles. You should also buy the little plastic shields. This one does not come with any, which is a con. But I’m happy that I found a pink one, so it was worth it to order them separately! I have done three sets so far and it’s still working and holding up!

For the replacement, they wanted me to order it again and they would refund me after the fact. I opted for the refund. I stand by my 1 star rating for the actual tool itself, but give customer service 3 stars for their prompt response. Updating to 2 stars because of customer service, but I would not purchase this again. Original review-Do not buy this tool. I have had 4 months and it worked fine until this past week. I plugged I it let it heat up and when I went to use it one of the metal plates fell off and burnt my hand. The plastic that holds the screw on place melted causing the screw to come out and the piece came off. It could have been a very bad situation. I emailed customer service to let them know and they simply said "Thanks for letting us know", not we will replace it or let us refund you, nothing. Poorly made product + poor customer service= 👎. I would definitely not recommend this product and I will not purchase anything from this seller again

This is great I like the way the tip of it is compared to my last one. It is perfect for using on yourself or using on other people which is nice heats up super fast. You can place it on the counter without worrying about burning anything easy to clean seems pretty sturdy too. I’ve been using mine for months now I love it. It was a great value too. And who doesn’t love pink?!!

This works perfect for extensions that have the plastic top that needs to be heated. When you try to squeeze the plastic, however, you will have to use your fingers to pinch it around your existing hair.

Heats up fast. Only one setting ( on or off ) I do wish there was maybe an option for the temperature but it does what it’s intended for.
