Purchased for son for Christmas. To be fair, we have not had this toy for very long; therefore, I cannot speak to its longevity. That said, so far, I'm so pleased! To speak to some of the less favorable reviews-it is small....very small. Personally, I really like the size, both for storage reasons and based on my 4 yr old son's complaints that his other, very nice remote control car was "too big, and too fast". I think for a younger child, this dump truck feels manageable and easy to control in a way that some of the other options do not. Also, to be clear, while it is small, it is definitely not slow. Also, so far, the battery life has been AMAZING. We have not had to recharge at all and have used it, off and on, for 2 days. In the past, the fast "trick" cars we have had run out of charge so fast that they end up being useless and forgotten. I like that this truck is easy to use, has good battery life and has at least some metal elements (though mostly it's plastic). It has a lot of great features, including lights and an "automatic" mode that results in the truck spinning and moving all on its own. If you are shopping for an older child (6-8) and size matters, this truck might not be for you, but IMO it's perfect for the 4-6 age range.

I was a little unsure of this RC Dump Truck, but figured the price was good, so I'd give it a try! It is tons of fun. It's easy enough for my 5 year old to drive, but also still fun for me to drive!! I love that you can make it dump the bed and turn the lights on and off from the remote! I also like that you can turn the sound off, that's always a plus for me. My 5 year old hasn't stopped playing with this since Christmas. We got him the dump truck and the excavator and when one dies, he goes to the next and plays with them all day long. Would definitely purchase again!

My g randson really enjoyed this 2025 Christmas gift. However the first one broke within two weeks (the dump truck bed would no longer raise). Amazon replaced that one. The second one lasted about 3 months. The delicate wires connecting the battery to the unit broke. I had purchased insurance through Amazon from Asurion. Asurion will be issuing a refund minus taxes paid to me once they receive the item back. Dropping off at UPS tomorrow. I am unsure whether I will replace the toy. If I do I will purchase insurance again as it is not a sturdy toy.…. I gave it 2 stars simply because while it worked my grandson loved it but he is very disappointed that it is broken again.

This was a gift for one of our 3 year old grandsons. He LOVED it!!!! Actually the other 3 year old and the 2 year old grandson loved it too!!!!!

The lights come on and it moves really good, u can dump your load because the bed comes open and my grandson absolutely loved this
