Unlike other nutrition bars full of sugar and starch, this is the MOST Fantastic bars I've ever had. I'm diabetic, so I have to be careful of what I eat. The balance of proteins to carbs is very good, plus the fact that the main carbs in this bar is greens and sea vegetables and some dates, plus soy protein, and some almond butter for fat. The best thing is it is NOT supersweet, but a natural sweetness. I am supersensitive to foods that are man-made and processed, and this is a natural food. There are no chemicals or processes in it. It is also alkaline based food, so those of you watching your acid/alkaline in your diet and your blood, this is a great thing. It doesn't promote up and down spikes of your blood sugars, but keeps your blood sugar at an even keel. Less spikes in blood sugar means less insulin means you don't gain weight. This bar has real nutition in it. This is the only energy bar I will eat now.

These people make really exceptional products that deserve way more attention than they get. This is another example. The sugar in this is Tapioca Syrup, which is low GI and the result is that it's not icky sweet like a Cliff Bar, which is stuffed full of sugar. That's just one example of a long list of exceptional ingredients that are worth checking out. They give it an oaty, nutty, grassy taste that I really like – it reminds me that it's not pretending to be a cookie.

I used to be a a devoted fan of these bars, they were dense, nutritious and made my skin glow. I also found I lost weight eating one of these a day as a meal replacement or snack. I could not go without having supply so recently when I could not get hold of them at wholefoods or online, I wondered what was going on. I just ordered 4 boxes as im going away and wanted tos stock up, but now I see why they had a dip in supply. They have obviously changed the recipe!! I dont find them nearly as delicious or nutrient dense, I just dont get why they have changed them. They were a stand out green bar before and now they taste like all the others, just a nasty sugary tasteless faint green bar. They are more squishy now too, hence I feel like they are less dense with the good stuff. Why change something so good?! I wont be buying again sadly.

I'm not a personal trainer, but I am a health nut, and I have a few friends who are the same way. We have tried MANY different bars, including Atkins, MetRx, PowerBar, Zone, Balance, Luna, GoLean, Detour, Myoplex, CarboLite, Advantage, and other "40-40-30" bars. This bar is one of the best tasting bars I've eaten. The green color worried me at first, but the flavor and nutritive qualities of this bar make it hands down the best. We visited a health store for about two hours one day to compare the ingredients on this bar versus all the others. It is perfectly balanced, has no saturated fat (only 4g of mono-unsat, and 1g of poly unsat), and also has NO hydrogenated oils. This is VERY important, and if you don't know about how harmful hydrogenated oils can be, you should definitely read more about them. In many stores you will find this bar for about $2.40, discounted to $2.11. Here on the site it's an incredible deal to find the everyday price of $2.09 discounted to $1.67 per bar. I ordered 5 boxes! I think I'll order another 5-10 (since they'll keep up to 6-7 months) if the sale lasts longer. Hopefully they'll go on sale again. I didn't enjoy the chocolate flavored version, since I'm not a huge chocolate fan, but if you are (as is one of my friends), they said the chocolate version is just as good. I hope this company keeps making these for years to come!

Delicious, easy to travel with, great food product, but I wished companies would use eco friendly packaging/wrap. I don’t eat as much of them because I don’t want to be throwing away more non-recyclable, non biodégradable metallic lined plastic wrappers into the landfill.

This is the real deal. NOT a grocery store so called energy or health bar. I’ve actually had to use after a month of bacterial infection left me in the hospital. I lived off these for over a month! While that’s extreme I lost 18 lbs was under a hundred pounds so I know these work. I still eat or a day to make sure I get the important supplements daily besides my vitamins. These helped me recover from a dire Heath crisis. Def recommend to anyone whether sick or healthy! Ck the labeled against anything in stores this is the real deal. I couldn’t take the one w chocolate bc my system couldn’t tolerate it. If you need to recover from anything or just want extra energy this is not junk this is health food.

Has what I like, and none of the things I don't- Enjoy the taste as well as quality, and find it quite satisfying. Fresh and good... UPDATE 9/2/23 Unfortunately, Amazon charges tax on this particular item which is NONTAXABLE in the state of Arizona (as are ALL FOODS)- After long delay, customer service was not helpful in correcting this error. Usually, Amazon CSR's are well trained and helpful, but this time, not so much. That is a disincentive for all concerned. Surprised and disappointed, Amazon.

I like having high quality healthy bars with me if I am traveling on the road or wherever I am going. Tastes delicious to me and easy to open and take a quick easy and healthy bite. I’d buy more
