No serums, no oils, no toner etc. I find that it will flake. I have quite a bit of redness in my face due to having a pale, pink undertone as well as acne scars. As someone with acne prone skin, it hasn't caused any noticeable breakouts so far. My skin is usually quick to judge new products, so I'm extremely happy with this one. I'd use a little caution with using concealer on top of this moisturizer. If I have a breakout, I'll put just a little on to cover the area, but too much may result in some flaking. I use Tarte Shape Tape concealer. Overall, the lightest and best full face product I've ever used. It's not cakey, yet it provides good coverage, and it allows for some layering.
