Great product, cleverly designed, exceeds expectations
Very happy with this product.First of all, it costs about half of the "top-of-the-line" cordless Waterpik (that I decided to return because it didn't work properly) but it delivers so much more!It is very cleverly designed and collapses to a much smaller size for travel purpose. And you even get not one, but two storage / travel bags.It is very easy to fold and unfold, even though sometimes I forget to deploy the suction tube... Once ready, it falls nicely in your hand and is a pleasure to operate.One battery charge goes a long way: at least 2 / 3 weeks using it twice (i.e. filling the tank twice) daily. I tend to use it on "normal" mode, but you can also choose "soft", "pulse" and even "sinus" (the latter with the appropriated nozzle tip). When the charger is connected, you are informed of the battery status by the 4 blue LEDs, but unfortunately if the charger is disconnected, there is no way to check the battery status. This would be my only "minus" or "con" for this product.You don't get a charger in the box (but any USB-A charger will fit the bill), only the dedicated USB cable that you should take care of and not loose. Standard procedure for all electronics, no doubt.All in all, I feel that, so far, it exceeds my expectations.

Really love it
Honestly I have been using traditional floss, the water was messy at first but I have learned to lean over a sink & turn it on only while in your mouth. I have noticed my gums are lighter.

I use warm water to floss.
I have never used a water flosser before but upon the suggestion from my dentist I researched for several days and chose this brand. I liked the fact it didnt take up space on the bathroom sink area and that it is portable. The choice of different pic attachments, especially the nasal attachment, was very postitive in making my choice. The product has performed as promised and very happy with my choice.

Works great
I think it works better than flossing my teeth because I have a bridge and close contact teeth.It is so easy to use and it makes my mouth feels so clean! This is a great purchase!

Does a great job at cleaning
So far, so good. We bought this for our 13 yr old who has braces. He uses it both morning and before bed. Light weight, comes with a case for easy travel. Very pleased with this purchase.
