ETA: this seller is an extremely poor communicator. I caution anyone who is thinking of purchasing from Welzona to reconsider. After I wrote my review, the seller contacted me to offer a refund. I prompted accepted the offer. I have checked back and sent messages several times to no avail. I was hoping to edit this review to say that the seller reached out and made things right. Unfortunately, that is not the case and, in fact, I am even more disappointed. The boxes arrived days early - I contacted the seller to let them know that I would not be available to receive the items and asked if they could reschedule the delivery since Fedex will only reschedule with orders from the sender. No response. The item itself is just so-so. I assembled just as the instructions stated but nothing really fits well - the sofa looks ok overall, but just ok. If you look at it for any period of time, you can see that parts are uneven and there is space where there should not be space. I wouldn't buy this again, and if it wasn't such a drag, I would return it.

I like the couch, the material is definitely soft and pet friendly! My dog sheds a lot and is easy to clean it. I was able to put it together by myself until I had to connect the base seat with the arm rest, I needed help to hold the arm rest. When it all went bad for me, the back rest board is way to short in comparison to the height of the pillow.... and the pillow is not 7.5" thick. That Promoted me to check the other measurements. The only measurement that is accurate is the width 83". I thought about returning three couch, but I got a deal on prime dayand I probably won't find a replacement at the price I paid. Did I mention i can feel the backrest board through the upright pillow when I lean back on the couch. I don't like that. Looks like it's a keeper even with my complaints

When we had bought the couch it did have only one issue that the leg had come in broken but the company had since reached out and made it right. It is definitely a comfy couch. I just wish it sat up higher but thats okay. Thank you for having great customer service.

Love the couch, color was actually spot on from the picture online. Only complaint is those back cushions. The pictures make them look thicker online but in person they are pretty thin. I took some 2inch foam and added it to the cushions to help otherwise when you lean back the back support of the couch presses into your back and it's quite uncomfortable. I had an old memory foam topper meant for a full sized bed, and just did a lazy measure and cut out of that to add to the cushions and that has worked out great. I did buy two of these couches so if you only have one then get a twin sized memory topper and do that same, it will be cheaper and thicker than finding foam in the craft section. Otherwise you can definitely fit four adults on the couch depending on size of adults. So perfect size for my family of 8 when I bought 2 of them. And best part is no tools to put together, takes like 30mins to set up I do suggest having two people but one person could still get it done.

These couches are a great value. They were easy to put together, look nice, and are comfortable .
