It's taste is very pure,like home made ghee.

I have been buying, A2 ghee for 5 years now. I gave this brand a try but I am really doubtful about the quality and authenticity of this product. This is because at 36 - 38 degree Celsius outside temperature the ghee is incompletely solid state as you can see in the attached pictures. It is not even semisolid. This I feel is absurd even for a normal quality ghee and this claims itself as a premium A2 product.

I recently got to try this ghee and honestly, it has been such a great addition to my kitchen. The aroma itself feels so pure and traditional, just like homemade ghee. I used it while making ladoos for my baby and even in regular meals, and the taste really stands out. It’s light, flavorful, and doesn’t feel overly greasy. What I loved the most is the quality — you can actually feel the richness in every spoon. Also, it feels safe to use for kids, which is a big plus for me as a mom. Definitely going to continue using it in my daily cooking. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something pure and authentic.

Ordered this after a long search for something that didn't feel processed or watered down. The colour is a deep yellow which I've come to associate with better quality ghee — and the texture at room temperature is exactly what you'd expect from something genuine. Not overly runny, not weirdly solid. Melts well in the pan without burning too fast. My only note would be that the jar could be slightly easier to open, the lid is a little stiff, but that's a minor thing. Overall very happy with the purchase and will reorder.

I am purchasing it for 3rd to 4th time in a row but initially the quality was good and now it is detoriated it seems to be mixed and the certificate shared with bottle is of 2024 from sima lab and not for the current batch. Would request just to increase the sell and reduce the cost don’t mix it and spoil the name and ancient techniques. Pl share the certificate for the batch selling and even your batch # is not visible properly in current order hence genuinely the product is in doubt now.
