We cut the entire contents of one can into strips as shown, coating each side and the sheet with some nice Italian truffle oil. (Any oil will do.) Then once done, this can be added to the meal, bringing all those enhanced flavors and fried bits. It also stores ok in the fridge or freezer for a quick 'Burger' for lunch the next day!
