I was very disappointed with this product. Even after a full charge it wouldn't get much out. I used the Nosefrida right after using this product and got out a lot of mucus. I'm now looking for a new electric nose aspirator to help my little guy.Update: 1-star review changed to a 5-star because the company handled our complaint with grace and willingness to make it right. They sent us the next model up within a few days of our review absolutely free. And the new model was much more powerful and effective, by the way.
