I really like my new robot. It mops and vacuums really well. It takes about three hours for a 2000 square-foot house with tile. No carpet no pets. Another great feature is the robot uses AI so it doesn’t hit the baseboards or furniture. My old robot would constantly bang into the baseboards and scuff them up. The Dreame 40 does not do this. Another great feature is the Dreame 40 is really quiet. I can run it while I’m sleeping. My old robot was very noisy.

Went from a roomba to this robot vacuum. I am in love with it!! The AI recognition is amazing and avoids items that you may have forgotten to pick up. The mopping feature is awesome, it recognizes when the mop pads are wet and self cleans and heats to clean them. The low maintenance of this robot vacuum is amazing and saves us so much time! The tangle free brush is a must as we have dogs and I have very long hair that gets everywhere. It actually cleans and doesn’t drive over dirt and leave it there like the roomba did. If you are considering this vacuum DO IT!

When we first received the Dreame X40 robot we were very pleased with the vacuum and mopping functions. The jets that release water for the mops stopped working at the 8 month mark. The robot was sent for repair under warranty and returned to us 3 weeks later still not releasing water. Again, we had to trouble shoot and the jets still don't work. We've requested a new machine or refund, in the meantime the request has been sent to the "escalation team". It's been very frustrating going back and forth with emails trying to have this resolved. The way we feel now, don't think we'll buy any Dreame products in the future.

I bought a SwitchBot S1 that connects directly to the faucet, and I absolutely hated it, so I bought a dreame, and I absolutely love it. I don’t mind at all that I have to empty the water tank and putting more water once a week. The mops are very easy to clean, and very cheap to replace if need be, and I love the fact that the machine has no maintenance, no water inside to clean, none of that. I absolutely love this machine, I bought one for my niece, and I bought another one for my basement.

My life changer of the year. Used to have a different brand product and decided to change to this - worked well for first a couple months. . Still working well but sometimes it does sound weird these days. Taking out one star bc of that. It shouldn’t be like this after using a couple months.

I don’t usually do this but. Had to try it. I’ve had this x 40 ultra for five months and I decided to put it to the test instead of using my shop vac to suck up my poodle’s clippings after I groomed him I used the x40. I was embarrassed. The problem was that it was recognizing the hair for and obstacle because the hair was too high. But it picked up up about 75% of it. It shut it self down and instructed m to unclog the roller. That stuff was pretty thick. Never expected it to preform the way it did. Love this machine

I’ve only had it a week so this is based on a limited amount of time with machine. After initial setup and mapping my home, then first cleaning, I was a bit skeptical about how this was going to work out. The first mapping wasn’t great and at times during the first cleaning it seemed confused and I wasn’t feeling confident in it doing a thorough cleaning. We have a lot of square footage mostly hard floor but some carpet too. After the second cleaning the mapping had improved along with the cleaning. This would be the case after every subsequent cleaning. Editing some things on the map like no-go areas, flooring direction, cleaning order etc..etc. this all helped. I am very impressed with the cleaning it does now. It gets better every time. I’ve only had it mop once and it did a great job. The floors look and feel better than before we purchased the machine. The only minor complaint is the noise. There is a quiet mode I haven’t yet tried but I’m hesitant to try it feeling I’d be sacrificing cleaning power. I also haven’t tried the two higher suction modes yet. I feel leaving it on standard is doing great. The longer term plan is to have it run during times we’re not home so noise really isn’t a factor. A cleaning job takes about two hours to complete and there’s plenty of battery life left which I find impressive. No complaints so far in this short time of ownership.

NO FUNCIONA EN MÉXICO La compré porque me aparecía disponible aunque venía desde USA. Me dejó de funcionar la App a los 2 días marcando error. Al comunicarme a atención a cliente me dijeron que es un error de región de la App y que no debí comprar una aspiradora de Estados Unidos si vivo en México. Deberían dejar claro en su anuncio que no funciona fuera de EU o quitarla de la lista de ofertas de Amazon México

Compré la Dreame X40, me la enviaron de Amazon Estados Unidos a México. Al conectarla, no enlaza; dice error 404. Dreame México dice que se pierde la garantía por ser de Amazon USA y que no logrará enlazar porque está fuera de área. Ya envié mensaje al proveedor, mas no he tenido respuesta. Ojala se puedan poner en contacto 🙏

Hasta ahora funciona bien en México, no hay ningún error y funciona bien. Las 4 estrellas es porque en ocasiones la calidad de la limpieza es deficiente y porque el líquido para limpiar las mopas es caro
