Best olive oil you can buy. It has that little bite so you can tell it's high quality and has been endorsed by online medical and food experts alike. Some visited the manufacturer to verify the process and confirm its quality. I take it every morning with lemon and sometimes at night as well. Easy on the digestive system.

Update!
Originally I gave a bad review because I have never had a bitter olive oil before. I did some research and found that good olive oils can be bitter! A couple of days after opening the bottle, I tried it again. I don't know if it mellowed, or I have a new attitude toward it, but it tastes better to me. I want to learn how to appreciate a good olive oil, so I will be using it after all! Hopefully I will come back on and give it 5 stars. Original review: After a trip to NY, where I had an amazing olive oil at an Italian resaurant, I researched good olive oil and found Laudemio. Unfortunately, it is so bitter that I am not sure how I can use it. Soooo disappointed!
