I wasn't sure why u should buy cordyceps just bc inhea rd the hype around the Last of US series. But when I saw it could be used before a workout and for energy, I thought I'd give it a try. I took first 2 days an hour before the gym and had really nice endurance! A noticeable improvement I can measure on my fitbit. I took today first thing on empty stomach bc I had poor sleep and didn't want to get up, felt tired, sluggish. In about an hour or less I began having a wake-up that black tea alone doesn't give me in the morning anymore! The feeling is unique. I can't explain it, but I can feel it is the cordyceps bc I know my body and mind and energy levels very well, I do go to the gym almost daily, and I've been struggling to taper off some meds and having low energy as a result, and also very depressed. It suppresses my appetite, and I can feel it in my stomach, a kind of existential nausea... idk how to explain it. A new feeling, and I know this isn't placebo. I went from being the walking dead to deciding to hit the gym on a day I was really thinking of staying in bed. I don't expect fast results from anything, but this has a unique feeling to it that isn't like any other substance. So I do know I have this restless energy and have to keep moving! If it has benefits on cognition, I'll find out later, I guess? The mushroom supplement seems of good quality. I open a couple capsules and tasted them. They taste like good, fresh mushrooms, and could add it to any food or drink. The taste is also mild. I felt a calm boost of energy when I have two capsules.

This supplement does exactly what it says it will do. I bought it in 2023 used it but put it in my supplement draw. I found it a few weeks ago and Honey, it still does everything that it says! It's not rancid and has maintained the nice powder as it had. *I am in no way suggesting that you take 2.5 year old supplements*

It’s very good the quality

It's the first time I buy this product but I can see the capsules where lighter, a lot. Mine are dark brown, so I don't know what happened, if they changed the formula or what. Today a took my first dose, so I don't know yet it they're good and work.
