BEST purchase I ever made! The chain is awesome, it sparkles and definitely catches eyes.. First day of wearing I had several compliments on its beauty. The chain lasted me a few years of constant wear and held up pretty well before it started to lose its shine just a bit, BUT, to my pleasant surprise.. Thanks to their lifetime garuntee (mind blowing lol), they sent me a hassle free, I kid you not, hassle free replacement within a day of my inquiry. Their customer service is phenomenal, namely Jon who dealt with Me.. Id definitely recommend to everyone, and would only buy from this company if I need a different type of jewelery.

7mm 24inches Figaro *update After almost 5 years the chain had broken and tarnished a bit. I reached out to the company Lifetime and they replaced my son’s chain and shipped it immediately. I cannot say enough good things about this company! They stand behind their jewelry and as a parent to an autistic son who loves jewelry, I am very happy to know they exist! I couldn’t buy my son a real chain out of concern for his safety. This is the next best thing! I really appreciate the warranty and customer service. Thank you lifetime for making it possible for my son to have a beautiful chain and be like his peers! I will definitely tell everyone about your jewelry and my experience!

This necklace looks great on my husband. He showers with it and it hasn't faded or anything. So far we love the necklace. This necklace snapped in less than two weeks. I ordered a replacement and they sent one that didn't even have a clamp on it so he can't even wear it, also I purchased him a 24k gold and they sent a 14k what appears to be silver. I'm very frustrated and having a hard time finding their contact information to address this issue.

Don't waste your money!
The plating on this chain didn't last 5 months. The core is stating to show through. I don't recommend buying this product. It's hard to tell in the Pic I shared but it a copper color, not gold...
