According to the measurements I was a size M but I found this was too big for me and a S was a better fit.

I reach for this bra all the time. The best bit is the cup inserts keep their shape in the wash, if I put them in a bra laundry bag - so I don’t have to spend ages flattening them out post- wash. Also the material is so soft. There’s some bobbling now but I have used this bra every week since I bought it so for that many wears and washes I’d expect that. Great buy.
