The overall construction is incredibly cheap and local-made. The plastic housing feels brittle, and the roller mechanism itself is loose and flimsy. It instills no confidence that it was manufactured under any sanitary or quality control standards. However, the most critical issue is the safety hazard posed by the needles. They appear to be crudely manufactured—unevenly spaced, possibly dull, and definitely not precisely honed. Using a device of this poor quality on the scalp or skin is extremely dangerous. Rather than creating controlled micro-channels, this roller feels like it could easily snag, drag, or cut the scalp, leading to painful lacerations, bleeding, and a high risk of infection. Micro needling requires a sterile, medical-grade tool. This product fails on every single count. Do not compromise your skin’s integrity to save a few dollars. I get the prices point but it’s very low quality, it makes noises whenever you roll.
