I would like to have my husband tested but he keeps his head shaved due to balding and in the Military, can any hair be used, such as leg or che hair?

Yes leg and arm hair are great options. We work with lots of bodybuilders that only have eyebrow hair and that works also. Please tell your husband thank you for your service.

Can anyone tell me what you did with your results and did you successfully address your health issue(s)?

Sure - I received a list of foods that are potential triggers (intolerable). These foods came in groups, level 3, 2 and 1, and some of the foods were in multiple groups. It was recommended to avoid completely the foods in level 3 and the ones in multiple groups. I eliminated these from my diet, and have experienced a noticeable improvement in my eczema. I am hoping as I eliminate more of these foods, I will notice other improvements as well (more energy, etc.), but I have only been eliminating the level 3 for 2 weeks, so time will tell. Hope that helps.

Do you have to be currently eating the foods tested? I haven’t eaten gluten or caffeine in 6 weeks but would like to know my sensitivity to them.
