Fusion Select Red Organic Mio Pasta - Made from Fermented Soybeans and Rice - Salted Japanese Spices for Cooking Soup Base, Broth, Stew, Salad Dressing, Sauce, Ado

Yum! I make miso, green onion, shrimp, seaweed soup and this is the first time I've used red miso. Tasty! My prior miso paste was not "red," is all I know, and don't recall if it had a partucukar qualifying name. This red paste might be stronger and of a deeper taste than the not "red."Now, I've been using ratio of 1 cup water to 1 TBLS miso ; no ratio with product is suggested. That's kind of a lot of miso paste maybe-- but that seems to be about what it takes for me.So decent enough price (everything is crazy high) and comparable to pastes' prices in grocery store-- and, worth noting, miso paste tough to find in grocery stores, at least in south Louisiana. So here's to red miso paste! I recommend.

Excellent stuff. Used it to grill some Sea Bass

Good. Not as bold taste as I expected.

Small package, haven’t used yet but I like that’s it’s a small amount.
