Well,these are absolutely brilliant little lifesavers.I was bringing my children up in the 70s when we had strikes and electricity cuts ,no power for hours on end and swore that I would make sure that I would be more prepared next time. Got one of these for myself ,then thought that my daughter and son would like one each for their houses so got them too ,then was so impressed I got another for my lifelong pal .Never been a girl guide but I am definitely well prepared for emergencies.Radio is very clear on radio 2 and the weather channel is a good idea ,also the light beam is very bright and the alarm is extremely loud ,there are three ways to charge it that being ,wind up ,solar panel and a USB. charging cable .All in all ,a great piece of equipment and would highly recommend..
