Worked as advertised for me. For all the ADHD types, this is worth trying.
Definitely increases focus. Was able to extend my total work time by 50%. Some commentators have not had the same experience. It could be because the theamine:caffeine ratio and total dosage depends on the individual. So your mileage may vary.

Great taste! I eat it before gym to give me that added energy. Only issue is it is slightly pricey. Will wait for sale before buying again.

I love these mints. I dont use them on a daily basis, just on days when I am having an afternoon slump or working on a tough project. I find they give me a clear head and a bit of energy with no jitters. I can even take one mid afternoon and it does not affect my sleep.
