Amazing invention, a must have
I am a PA and this is a lifesaver. I work in a crowded Emergency room and the noise reduction + amplification is the best thing this product offers. Its loud, crisp sounds that you can't get with a traditional stethoscope, not even the high end littmann cardiology stethoscopes

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I absolutely love this stethoscope! The sound quality is incredible—heart, lung, and bowel sounds are so much clearer than with a traditional stethoscope. The noise cancellation is a game-changer, especially when working in busy facilities. The 3-lead ECG feature is a fantastic bonus, and the display is easy to read. It feels sturdy, well made, and the amethyst color is beautiful—it definitely gets compliments from coworkers! As an RN with many years of experience in hospitals, long-term care, behavioral health, and case management, I appreciate tools that make my job easier, and this one delivers. It has quickly become one of my favorite pieces of nursing equipment. If you're thinking about upgrading your stethoscope, this one is absolutely worth it. Una maravilla.
El producto viene con su empaque íntegro y bien protegido. Es increíble cómo mejora la auscultación cardíaca y registra telemetría de forma rápida y guarda una copia en el celular. He tenido algunos problemas para modificar el registro de los pacientes en la aplicación pero son cosas menores que seguramente repararan en actualizaciones.

The best stethoscope on earth!
I read about the CORE 500 and having used an electronic stethoscope for over 20 years, I was keen to try it. It is quite simply the best stethoscope I have ever owned. The sound is crystal clear and is wonderful for detecting murmurs, chest sounds, bruits, etc. The heart rate and ECG is a bonus. I don't subscribe to EKO Plus for AI interpretation as it's too expensive and I am happy to trust my many years of experience, but I can well imagine it being useful to doctors at an earlier stage in their career.
