The amount of sweetner in it must be ridiculously high if you can still taste it after putting in over a litre of water and this product has numbers in it which are very unhealthy for you, but at least its transparent and tells you its natural and artificial flavours you can taste the artificial more though. 2.Putting that much caffiene with water will give you the energy you want but at a price I had mine at 12pm for my training I couldn't sleep until 5am the next day, you might want to half the dose if you use it plural, even half dose is high enough 170-175mg caffiene. on the other hand if you've got a long drive ahead of you and you sip it slowly while you stop occasionally to go toilet then by all means this product will keep you awake. As a pre-workout gym powder oh god no you can't even use it with cardio its too dangerous it has L-Norvaline in it which opens your heart valve you'd have to be crazy to combine this with a cardio workout, creatine works better for a workout than L-norvaline, your better off half the dose stay alive to train another day to think this has 350mg caffiene in one single dose and very high artificial sweetner content and they recommend over a litre which just prolongues your caffiene intake, thus why I couldn't sleep. I'd recommend more powerful hit less water maybe about 200-400ml half the dose too, you only need 100-150mg max of caffiene for a morning workout, half the dose is 175mg so yeah go with half, and its enough trust me. Just make sure you have some clean water afterwards sip slowly during workouts and after. It really is a twisted pre-workout the flavour tastes like a chemical water-melon. I always thought twisted for me was more lime and strawberry and you can tell the taste is full of that artificial sweetner it has a bitter chenmical aftertaste. They should of used Stevia instead and not too much still. Don't let my review tell you what to do, you can use it that's upto you, but use it as a guideline if you want to try it don't overdose trust me it jokes about overdosing on the tub, its not a joke this is seriously your life on the line with this one. 2 Stars for working does what it says, but dangerously and at a price isn't worth paying for. edit- I feel like I should edit this review it just got worst it's probably due to the L-Norvaline in it and some other things I have no idea what it is, but my kidney's seem to hate it cause this morning I took it and started to sweat and feel sick dizzy. However with questionable ingredients such as 'devils pepper' i tend to only use on weekends.
