I bought this steam cleaner hoping it would last a long time, but I am very disappointed. The flexible nozzle broke after just in 5 months of minimum use. As you can see in the photo, the nozzle has completely separated and is now in two pieces. It cannot be used anymore. The build quality is very poor. The plastic connector where the flexible hose meets the main body cracked and came apart easily. It does not feel strong or durable at all. Even with normal, careful use, it failed quickly. This is a waste of money. A steam cleaner nozzle should be tough enough to handle regular use, but this one could not even last. I expected much better quality for the price. I would not recommend this product. If you are looking for a steam cleaner, please choose one with better quality parts. What made things even worse is that the product is still under warranty, but when I contacted customer service for a replacement, they flatly refused without even properly checking my complaint. They did not offer any solution, no replacement, no repair, nothing. They simply said NO and closed the matter. This is completely unacceptable. A warranty means nothing if the company does not honor it. I feel cheated as a customer.
