Good product but to big for me

Takes ages to get to optimal heat. You can see the steam coming off hair but it doesn’t really curl! Looks good and easy to use. Spend the extra and buy something that’s going to do the job intended!

Huge barrel. I always wanted a big barrel. I wasn’t sure whether to get the 45mm or 50mm. I went 45mm. Here’s what you need to know…. If you want curls you purchase the smaller barrel such as 32mm or a 38mm. I’ve had 32mm and 38mm in the past and I get a curls. This 45mm size gives you bounce. It curls then evens out to a bounce. That’s what I wanted. I have straight hair and I sometimes just want that bounce on the ends and my bangs flicked out, this it what a big barrel gives you. Small barrels make your bangs look tight which I didn’t want. The 45mm makes your bangs flick out. I read the reviews some moaning that their hair wasn’t curly, my advice to that is buy a smaller barrel. If you just want bounce and flick then this barrel size is for you. The quality is fabulous, lots of heat settings for various hair conditions. I’m very blonde and it’s a coloured blonde. I use it on 200 degrees and it doesn’t burn. You need the glove 🧤 to help your other hand that’s doing the rolling. Some say it’s heavy, it’s not heavy just big, a bit of practice and you have a beautiful bounce.

I think they work just fine. I have split hair dye and my blonde side does curl better I think because the brown side is softer and does tend to slip more when using them as others said. Have attached a before and after photo about 12 hours between and waves do drop but looks similar to bouncy blow dry probably. They are a bit heavier and chunky but they give the wave I want. Do get very hot which is obvious when setting to 180 degrees 🤣

Lovely and smove

The curling iron itself is great! The cord is horrible. While the end of the cord has a rotating attachment to keep the cord from twisting it does not work. I have to stop 3-4 times while curling my hair to completely untangle the cord. I have owned the item for about 3 months and have used it less than 20 times. I’m ready to throw it out simply due to the cord frustration. This could be a great product with a new design!

Does not grip well har falls out

This is the largest 1.75" barrel I have ever seen. Far too large for many hair lengths other than very long. It heats quickly, however the off button is located exactly where my thumb sits to turn the barrel during curling. I had to constantly keep turning it back on for this reason. I tried it only the 1 time and it had no effect on my hair...again I don't have incredibly long hair... and the off button issue would have driven me nuts. Unfortunately, the seller does not offer free returns and I had to pay shipping fees. Considering the iron was almost $100 I took the $22 hit on postage.

It’s just ok, I wouldn’t purchase again. The barrel isn’t tight enough and hair falls out. Defeats the point of having a longer curling iron. Which was way longer than I anticipated.

I loved the size of this product and the color is really pretty. It comes with a digital display and power button which I also really like (my other iron from conair is so old and still uses a dial for temp, but it’s reliable). The one thing that is bothersome, and is a big deal for me is that the clamp doesn’t clamp the hair securely enough for me to curl. I have really thick hair so normal irons clamp really well. For this one It will occasionally clamp if I put a large section of hair in it but I bought this more for my length, not to curl larger sections. Curling larger sections just comes out weird and not how I intended. I really wish it would’ve clamped down more so that the hair doesn’t fall out of the iron while I’m curling. Another small thing it that the top of the iron gets really hot. It’s the black part that shouldn’t really get hot so you can hold it, luckily this came with gloves that I can use to not burn myself
