I use this for deodorant, muscle aches, pains, and applied to my tummy for constipation. Pros- -If you use it for deodorant it’s works! I use it everyday -Helps with muscle pains, stiff neck, sore back etc within 20 minutes I notice a difference -if experiencing constipation I rub it on my tummy at night and symptoms are relieved almost always the next day Cons - it took consistency to work as a deodorant and when I first would apply it my armpits would burn -leaves a dry greasy feeling and you need to wait for it to fully go into skin before putting on clothes -drys hands out after application For me the pros outweigh the cons and this spray has become apart of my daily routine!

This mag spray works quickly to stop whatever ache or pain I have going on. Definitely recommend trying this one! I have a mag lotion I bought somewhere else but it doesn’t help with aches or pains at all.

This magnesium spray has honestly been a lifesaver during my pregnancy! I’ve been struggling with restless legs at night, and after using this spray before bed, I noticed a huge difference. It really helps my legs relax and settle down, making it so much easier to fall asleep and stay comfortable through the night. I love how convenient and easy it is to apply — just a few sprays on my calves or thighs, and I start feeling relief within minutes. It doesn’t have a strong or overwhelming smell, which is great since I’m sensitive to scents while pregnant. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it caused a bit of itchiness on my skin after applying. Nothing severe, but just enough to be a little irritating. I’ve learned to dilute it slightly with lotion or apply it to less sensitive areas, and that helps a lot. Overall, this is a great natural solution for restless legs, especially during pregnancy. I just recommend testing it on a small area first if you have sensitive skin. Otherwise, it’s been a real comfort and a much-needed part of my nighttime routine!

I was skeptical, but for $10 thought why not, let me try. THIS STUFF WORKS. I dont know how or why, nor can I compare it with other brands, but when I feel those leg muscles at night throbbing (IDK the cause, that is another story)-I spray some of this on, and the throbbing stops, and next thing I know, Im waking up the next morning. So it puts me to sleep too? This big bottle should last me a while. I now keep it in my nightstand. Yes, it does sting a little bit, but well worth it.

I tried using this at night on my feet as advertised. I did not notice better sleep. The product seems to be very good and I will try it on my lower back.

Do yourself a HUGE favor and don’t go buy the fancy 18-30 dollar bottles of magnesium spray because they say things like “from an ancient crevice in the saltiest ocean of the world that no one has ever even seen with their eyeballs”. Buy this one instead. I’ve tried the fancy ones and they’re just okay. The bottle says to use 3-4 sprays and they MEAN THAT. The first night I got it, I assumed it was like every other magnesium spray that I’ve tried and literally gave myself like 10 sprays in various locations of pain on my body. Do not use on sensitive or open skin, it will sting and itch pretty harshly. I’ve found that my feet, chest, lower back, and calves take very kindly to this product without a lot of itching. (The itchiness literally means the product is working and will eventually go away, as will the slight oiliness) Let me just say this- it was a ROCK SOLID sleep, unlike the other brands I’ve tried, and (sorry TMI, stop now if you can’t handle the fact that girls do this), my morning potty was ever-cleansing and spiritual. (Yes, even topical magnesium will make you go #2) When they say “highly concentrated”, they without a doubt mean it. I will continue to buy this brand, as it works consistently each time, and 3-4 sprays goes a long way, which will allow this bottle to last me a long while. I love NOW products, and this one sealed the deal for me on this brand entirely.

This stuff is a lifesaver!! I sometimes get excruciating leg, foot or toe cramps. I’d have to quickly get out of a chair and attempt to walk it off (didn’t really help) or drag myself out of bed in the middle of the night and attempt to walk or try to massage the area. I basically had to wait in pain for the muscles to relax and then I’d be sore for hours. A few times one or two of my toes would cramp/flex up in the air as if in a horror movie! I was in too much pain to take a picture. LOL Some of this magic spray fixed it. I know that magnesium is very important for muscle health and since I take Zumba classes 3x week I really wanted relief. Well, the first time I sprayed this on my leg for a cramp, I massaged it in and poof! No more cramp! I also keep some next to my bed because I was able to use it at night without having to reluctantly leap out of bed. I’ve also been taking magnesium supplements, but this is nearly instant relief. The residue is misleading as it initially feels greasy. However, it’s not greasy. It just has a different feel on your hands. But, no big deal. Just wash your hands. Highly recommend!!! This is a 5-star product because it’s pure and scientifically proven to work without unnecessary fillers. It’s perfect for muscle relaxation after a long day of activity. Just a heads-up: it can itch if you have dry skin or leave it on too long, so I recommend washing it off after 20 minutes to keep your skin comfortable. It works perfectly

This spray works very well! I’ve had trouble both falling and staying sleep, and have cycled melatonin on and off, but I’m happy to say that this spray has made my sleep so much better. I do not need to use it every night now but I am able to fall asleep easily and stay asleep through the night. I recommend everyone to give it a try 😊
