Holds Temperature Great.
Holds temp way better than charcoal or wood. Do not have to keep feeding the little hopper when the charcoal or burns off.

Works great and allows for fairly accurate temperature control. With experience it’s possible to achieve and maintain the temps you want. Easy to install. Highly recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Amazon recommended it from the Karu 2 oven page. Fit: This burner is for Karu 2 Pro and has bolts on bottom that prevent it from slotting into the standard Karu 2.
