The best sardines I've had
King Oscar premium sardines are outstanding; far and away the best tasting sardines I've tried. Definitely more expensive than most other brands, but worth the additional cost in my book.

I over ever expected it.
It's okay, not as saturated with tomato sauce as I expected it to be, a little more on the salty side to me, got to eat it with something like bread. A little pricey.

These sardines are some of my favorites and I can't find them in a regular grocery store. They arrived on time and taste very good.

Versatile, healthy, tasty & always available
First time to try the tomato sauce version. Great taste! You can just add cooked pasta, garlic (fresh cooked or powder), sliced onion (sliced it sauteed), chopped parsley, salt/pepper or Chili pepper to a can of this sardines in a bowl and toss, with a 1/2 cup of pasta water. If you like, squeeze lemon or lime. 10 minutes pasta (soba, udon or semolina) that's great for health, cost, simple/any time and with great unami flavor from the small sardines. Poor man's asta a la mare! This will be my staple in my cupboard! The olive oil tasted good quality, too.
