I love this supplement. I have gotten it for three months now and I am visibly seeing a reduction in bloat and easier digestion. I don’t take any other supplements so regularly as this one except for my ones for sleep.

Great product. Helps improve and maintain my digestion, without giving me trouble, if you follow my meaning.

My sister recommended these and they work great. Only gave them four stars because they’re expensive but they work great to keep my digestion moving.

Finally a probiotic that works!

I’ve tried a lot of probiotics, and these are the best on the market. They are expensive, but worth it if you have gut issues. For me, no gas or bloating when I started taking them. I’ve been taking them for a year and they have definitely helped my digestion. I’ve also recommended them to people with IBS and other gut issues. These work!!

The product seems to be helpful; however, at this price you'd think Adapt Naturals could come up with packaging that 1) didn't allow capsules to break and leave powder residue in the bag. and 2) opened and closed properly I've now bought 2 bags and neither would re-seal so I had to transfer the messy capsules to a glass container with tight fitting top.

I do believe this product is one of the reasons my gut problems are now under control
