Great stuff! In Arizona there are two main things I need, nitrogen and lower ph. This blood meal is great much better than typical urea product.

The blood meal must be keeping the rabbits away
I had a rabbit problem. They were feasting on my hosta. I applied an amount of blood meal to each bed, just a handful around each hosta and the other plants. The rabbits are not eating the hosta now. This has worked for about a month. I hope it continues.
