Timberland PRO mens Direct Attach 8 Inch Steel Safety Toe Insulated Waterproof Industrial Work Boot

In terms of support and comfort, these have been excellent boots overall. I walk quite a few miles on a daily basis in them and have never experienced blisters, soreness, or discomfort. Flexibility was excellent once they were broken in and they are comfortable enough for everyday wear outside of work. My size 10.5 pair fits as expected, snugly enough to prevent unwanted movement, but not so snugly that putting them on or removing them with a full cushion boot sock is difficult. I'm less impressed with the durability. Externally, I have no complaints. They've held up as well as boots that cost more in that regard. The recycled synthetic/plastic derived interior material is every bit terrible it has always been and started to look rough in friction spots within a few weeks. Months later it has of course worn away almost completely in those spots. This admittedly has not impacted comfort and function much if at all, but is disappointing and almost certainly will have an impact as they age. All things considered, I really can't give them less than five stars. Most other options at this price point would have the same issue, and they are on track to last about two years, which is acceptable for the price point and conditions they're being used in.

Great boots and comfortable to wear. The leather on these is like suede and I find that they do much better for me at work with a pair of rubbers or boot covers installed on them to cover them up and protect them. I have been using these now with the rubbers over them for about 4 months and the boots are holding up very well. The rubber keeps them from scuffing and wearing through the toe area.

Sturdy and comfortable right out of the box. This is my second pair. My first pair bought three years ago are still in great shape just needed the 8in for winter.

Took a week to break in. I work outside with horses. Very stainless resistant. Steel toe is awesome, already been stepped on by 1800lbs Mare. Factory insole sufficient, but will be switching to custom insole within 2 weeks. Overall very satisfied so far. Been 2 weeks and no sign of wear yet.

Some of the most comfortable boots that I own. I'm not wearing these on a jobsite, so understand that my review is based on typical wear / tear of everyday shoes. They fit great and the insole is super comfortable. I've got plantar fasciitis and these always keep my feel feeling great all day.

The boot is great. The only reason I gave it a "3" is because the boot is very uncomfortable. I didn't think I had wide feet, or needed to order a wide boot, but now I know I do, especially for Timberland boots. Love the craftsmanship and the look. My mistake was not trying them on right away. I waited too long and missed the return window. The whole reason for this review is, if you're unsure about getting wide or not, go with wide!!!

Needed steel toed work boots for work and previously had a pair of normal Timberlands and liked them so thought I'd try this. I got them in December 2020 and the second I put them on they were the most comfortable boots I've ever worn. It's now almost November 2021 and they have almost no signs of wear besides a hole on the top where I accidentally kicked a piece of rebar. I work in a lumber yard and take between 11 to 20,000 steps a day. There hasent been a day where I haven't wore these. I've gone hiking with them, worked in them, wore them in the winter. They've seen every weather Northern Canada has to offer. Only bad things I can think of is the laces weren't very good, and the waterproofing has worn off so they soak up a fair bit of water but I mostly fixed it with some mink oil. Other then that great boots.
