I bought this for my wife. The video makes the assembly process very easy. Overall the quality seems great. I had a bad seat bolt and the battery cover was broken so it wouldn’t stay locked in. I emailed customer service and got and answer almost immediately and both parts were sent the next day. It was such a great interaction. The first ride was great. I will follow up when we have more miles on it.

Everything I was looking for in an E-bike! It is easy to switch from manual mode to the different levels of electric assist as I’m riding. It rides and handles smoothly on city streets. I really like the comfort of the handlebars and the seat; it fits like a dream! I have not tried it on gravel roads yet. It took my husband about 45 min to put together; the instructions were clear so that went smoothly. He reached out to the Cybervelo company about a headlight question and got an immediate response on how to address it. We really appreciate their customer service. It’s a great value for the money! I’m looking forward to summer time rides!

Everything I hoped for and more. Easy setup, runs really well, and the battery life is pretty good. Had some trouble with the chair, but as long as you give it the proper maintenance it should be good for a long time.

I received the bike 2 days before it was supposed to arrive (April11th). A friend put it together on April 14th. It took him about 2 hrs. I tested it on the street and it rides perfectly so far. I will update this review overtime to share if there's a problem . I have to share that I had to switch the seat because I am 5'0 and the original seat is adjustable but it was still too high for me so I swaped my seat from my older bike and now it feels it is the right hight for me. It is a beautiful bike. The only thing we can't figure out is that the handle bars are a little bit loose eventhough we tightened it at its max. So I will contact the seller to ask for recommendations.

We ordered two bikes that took approximately 2.5 hours to assemble (total). The description on Amazon regarding the power is confusing but it is 48 volt battery @ 15 amp hour battery and not a 25 amp hour as listed. The documentation does not list specifications. Extra batteries are available but they are $299 on their website.For the price, it’s a quality e-bike.

Cbvelo Ek2 MiLady. Arrived sooner than expected and extremely well packed. Pretty light blue color. I used both the instructions included for assembly instructions and the video. Easy to assemble, which I completed inside my house. I only had two small hiccups, customer service quickly responded to my question.I was hesitant to make the leap to e-bikes, however I'm so glad that I did. I highly recommend Cbvelo Ek2 MiLady.

For whatever reason, the handle bars are tough to tighten so they don't slip. I eventually got it. The seat also slips and takes a lot to get it to tighten. The pedals also wanted to unscrew, so I've had to tighten those after a few rides. I don't think the product information is accurate because the bike goes faster than 20mph, and I don't think it goes up to 80 miles distance, but rather 50 using pedal assist. I'm also going to take it in for one brake because I can't get it to tighten, and it's not the most responsive.The battery on their website has different information than what came in the instruction booklet. The booklet says 2 hours to charge, but the same battery replacement on their website says 5 hours. I've charged it for two and it never turned green on the charger.I think overall value is good, but I'm not sure how long this will last before I'm dumping money into a new battery or other parts. The battery doesn't sit completely flush in the body of the bike which making the water resistant information questionable.I also didn't see a way to replace the front light if it goes out since it's wired inside the body of the bike.I think it's budget friendly, but there might be other brands that are better.... this bike can't be returned if anything is damaged, so that's something to be mindful of when ordering.

Great bike. Well packaged. Arrived in great shape and was easy to assemble. Very happy with battery life
