I am an old man, married 40+ years, who likes to cook. As a result, I am the one who selects the pans for the kitchen. I previously had purchased the matching dual skillets and love them. Now the the kids are all moved out, I decided to go with a smaller cooking pot. However, this really is not that small. It is 4.5 inches tall and 10 inches wide at the top. It arrived today and I already made a pot of cabbage stew this evening. I really enjoy the glass lid. Watching the veggies roll as they boiled was like watching an art display. This pan boils quickly, much faster than the pot I used for years. I am very happy with that aspect. I was surprised at how light in weight this pot is. With my arthritis, this was a pleasant surprise. And of course, the pot itself is a thing of beauty. I will soon be adding to this collection. This collection is very attractive and great while cooking. These feel so solid, I know they will last me for a very long time.

Great quality, perfect size. Easy cleaning, I did season it as was recommended and look forward to using it for years to come.

Nice nonstick ceramic surface. It seems durable with easy use. I have made stew, soup and other things and it always turns out well with easy clean up. Good buy, recommend.

I came across this brand last year when looking for a new skillet. It quickly became my favorite cooking piece - and I’ve slowly been replacing my old stainless steel pots and pan with this brand. This pot is perfect size ..: and as with the skillet, It heats up and cooks perfectly every time… and cleaning is a breeze! I would highly recommend…I’ll be buying as Christmas gifts later in the year. 😊

The good: I have used this pot a few times now and find the nonstick coating works really well. Cleanup is easy, I usually just give the pot a quick wipe it out or rinse before I clean it. The lid is well designed, though I miss the option to vent or not with my old pot lid. I am not sure about the scratch resistance of the pot since I still use the wood, plastic or silicone tools I used with my old pot, but the coating seems durable. The bad: I really like the look of the pot, but the exposed metal on the bottom does not seem to be entirely smooth so I use caution when moving it around my glass top stove. The handles on the pot are really small too. There is a sticker on them that warns the handles can get hot. While they do get warm, they are not uncomfortable unless you have a good grip on them for a long period of time. I believe making the handles a little larger would help reduce this issue.

This is THE BEST set of pans that I've ever purchased!!!! Great Buy and LOVE THEM!! Friends asks where I bought them and the brand they are because how well they cook everything.

Appears to be exactly as described. True to size. This item was previously purchased by someone else. Amazon re-offered it at a discount. Arrived (to me) with a couple metal edges on the lid slightly dented. And that is why the previous purchaser returned this item. But I am not going to complain because I am very rough on cookware. So give me a few weeks and there will be more dents in the edge of the lid. The top lid edge is very soft and malleable - that's just the way it was manufactured. This does not take away from the utility of the lid. It appears that the lid will continue to function perfectly even after I knock a bunch more dents in the lid edge. I like this pot. Replaces a Corningware dish that I accidently broke. The Corningware was 3.5 quarts size. Yet, the Corningware weighed 50% more than this 4.5 quart Sensarte. This Sensarte pot is very light for its size and is super easy to clean because the surface is totally non-stick. It appears unlikely that I can break this cooking pot.
