HORZE Venice Padded Synthetic Leather Snaffle Bridle with Flash and Reins

Beautiful well made bridle, however I found my horse yawned excessively before and after the bridle was removed. I discovered that this is common with the "crank" style noseband, as the horse is unable to open their mouth while the bridle is on due to the leverage effect it has. Since yawning a stress response in horses, I decided I need to switch bridles since after using this bridle for a few months. His yawning during and after the bridleing process hasn't lessened at all. I can only assume he is uncomfortable, and although the bridle is beautiful and well made for the price, its just not right for us. I thought I'd leave a review for other riders to consider when selecting this style of bridle.

Love this bridle. It looks amazing, fits amazing and is very well made. Nice thick leather and padding. The reins are a bit stiff but love the fact that stoppers for the martingale are already put on them and am optimistic that they will soften with some conditioning. I have seen lesser quality at the tack store for much more money.

I abide that you get what you pay for but I also spend smartly. This is a super smart purchase! The bridle is nicely padded, the stitching detail is unquie and yet classy. I purchased as a schooling bridle but it arrived in great ready to use condition so I used it at a rated show that weekend. I love it. I wil say that it does run on the larger side, which for me was a bonus. My horse often doesn't fit normal horse size (browband is usually too tight and throat latch too tight), but this one fits fine.

This bridle is just gorgeous and has everything I wanted, the option of the flash, which I didn't need but love the padded bridle. Very sleek and it's comfortable fitting for my 16hh gelding. Reins were perfect length and it fit perfect. I will DEFINITELY recommend and buy more of these. Added my own chin strap. But will probably change out the browband to one that has crystals tho.Update: very durable, still like new, padding like new, my horse does great with this bridle.11/9/2018Highly recommend!

It's hard to order some things online, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I am so excited about taking a chance on this bridle! I love it! The leather is so soft and pliable, I conditioned it right away, but it didn't really need any work. Color is rich and stitching is perfect. The padding on the crown and noseband is very soft. The horse size is a little big, but can be adjusted down. I will be buying 2 more for my other geldings. Definitely my new favorite bridle!

It's a pretty bridle, but for some reason, the short curb bit I use all the time with other bridles wants to turn to the inside, and isn't comfortable for my horse.

Very pleased with the soft leather and sturdiness of bridle. Did not expect for the price.
